Cleaning: A daily tidy up is performed. Cleaning is done every 3 days with linen change.

Breakfast: From Monday to Saturday, breakfast is served at the table in our Marchesini Coffee-Lunch. On Sundays and public holidays, breakfast products are available in the apartment. Breakfast is included in the price of the stay.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Check-in before 10.30 am must be agreed in advance. Late check-out after 10.30 can be made upon request and availability and has a cost of € 25.00.

Marchesini Restaurant-Pizzeria: 10% discount for customers staying in our rooms.

Access to ZTL area and Parking: Permit to access the ZTL area and public parking available in the area, not bookable, at a cost of € 8.00 per day.
